It's a TRAP!

On 14 sept 2012 I ordered 6 tickets for Steel Panther at Melkweg (Amsterdam) on 1 Nov 2012. The confirmation e-mail mentioned that I should receive the tickets at the latest one week before the event. Since there was still nothing I called them today (29/10/2012) and they first told me they were looking at what was wrong with the order. Then I called them a bit later and they told me I wouldn't be able to get the tickets and would get my money back and an e-mail explaining this (that I should have received before 18:00, and I still haven't received). I had one of my Dutch friends call them and they confessed they never had the tickets. They actually said (by they I mean that employee called Saskia (I don't care if it's going to cost you your job, you shouldn't work with such dishonest people)) they order the tickets when someone places an order. They order them from a network of contacts who have those uitverkochte kaartjes. And this time (like the other times for the other reviewers) there were no tickets available anymore. In the end they just get money, they might invest it for some other stuff and keep it if people don't ask for the money back (I'm not 100% sure about that but I don't think they would have contacted me (and they still haven't) if I hadn't called them). I'm afraid by the other reviews and I hope I will get my money back...
