Sold a ticket via Ticketswap, 5 months later received a message that the ticket didn't work and I needed to pay back the amount of money???

Ticketswap is pretending to the most safe platform to selle and buy tickets but that's just the case when Ticketswap has a agreement with other companies to share information, with Ticketmaster (biggest ticket company) that's not the case! And Ticketmaster doesn't give a warning that there is a big risk because of that. They just say that de person that's selling is always responsible??? The buyer can do everything like selling and say that the ticket didn't work...
