Tried to buy Coldplay tickets was thrown out because the system thought I was a bot. Well I'm not. Now I'm blocked. I called service desk and then you get this bitchy girl.....Why bitchy???
Ticketmaster should honor more its clients/the consumers. The company has a monopoly and the people on the servicedesk have the attitude accordingly. If you call Germany they are so much nicer as the people here in the Netherlands. Maybe its a Dutch thing. Please stop with your attitude and be more friendly its not of this time to be bitchy.
