Do not buy tickets at TicketTribune!

I "bought" two tickets for a Glen Hansard concert in Utrecht on March 14th 2016 without realizing a) it was a higher price than the official one (45€ instead of 27€) b) TicketTribune is not a official seller but a re-seller (I am German and in Germany professional re-selling is illegal, as I learned recently, so I was not aware of this possibility).

Then the things happened that are described in many reviews:

I received eMails, that there was 'unfortunately' a delay in delivering the tickets, they would send them to me one week before the concert, no, sorry, three hours before the concert. Actually, I got another eMail three hours before the concert - that my order was canceled. At this point a friend and me were standing in the Old Town of Utrecht, having booked a Bed & Breakfast for the night. As fast as possible we went to the venue and learned that the concert was sold out. We took a look at the website of TicketTribune: Now the tickets were announced with 85€. I am pretty sure that the guys of TicketTribune found enough people who were willing to pay more than 45€ for one ticket, so our order was canceled. They are betrayers, nothing less.

We were lucky and found some people at the venue, who sold us two tickets they did not need any more - for 27€ each (and the concert was GREAT :-)). So we had a happy ending but it could have been a desaster.

So: DO NEVER EVER GIVE ANY MONEY TO THESE HUSTLERS!
