I've ordered tickets for a concert that I've paid double the price 2 months in advance. Never received any communication for any kind of delay. 10 days prior to the venue, I've sent them an email on which the response was that I would MAYBE receive my tickets 3 hours prior of the venue but I should give them my bank account details IF they wouldn't be able to send me the tickets. I went to the place where the concert took place 3 hours in advance on a Sunday, I had to wait hours outside until at the cashier desk they told me that tickettribue is set as being fraudulent. A chargeback has been done for my credit card payment, email sent to PayPal, police in Belgium and NL notified, Facebook account reported as fraudulent and online payment services such as Ogone / Cybersource notified. Never again, these fuckers are scammers. The worse part is that is was a gift.
