The company actually does not possess tickets. They are just a reseller looking to buy from someone and resell to you. They do not commit to getting you the tickets ahead of time and actually I found myself with no communication until inside the 7 day window when they confirmed they did not actually possess the tickets that they had "sold" me.

Then they "allowed" me to cancel my tickets but they kept the service fee. A great way to frustrate customers and take their money for NO SERVICE!!!!

They at least responded to say yes, we can not get your tickets. And yes we will give you your money back less the service fee.
