Report them to the police

I have similar experiences as the others, purchased tickets, never delivered (cancelled immediately by viagogo) and never got my money back. I advice people with the same experience to report it to the police since Viagogo surprisingly have a Dutch bank account and it's not clear to the police that they are a scam!
By having more complaints, they will be listed as fraud and the money will be transferred back by your bank.
