Be careful. In case the event is cancelled, you are only entitled for a refund in the amount of the original price of the ticket which the seller paid. Also the service fee taken by ticketswap is non-refundable. I had a good experience with one of the sellers which refunded me the amount she received from me, but the other one only refunded the original amount she paid which was of course lower than what I paid her. So I ended up losing more than 40€. I won’t be using their services for buying tickets anymore. Only for selling, as apparently the seller has more rights than the buyer.
