I emailed Ticket Tack prior to the event as I suspected my ticket was fake.
I bought from a certified reseller on the site, but could not find the person on Facebook, or any person with that name at all - which is the system they rely on... you purchase a ticket and you can view the sellers social media to judge their profile legitimacy for yourself.
I was assured the ticket would be fine.
The ticket did not work on the day, as predicted.
Ticket Tack attempted to work with the festival team to see what happened - it’s now been 6 weeks and I’ve sent 7 emails, which have not been replied to.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. IT IS UNSAFE.
Their customer service approach is to ignore any potential refunds and hope the person will go away.
I’d give this review a negative star rating if I could.

i received a pdf with the tickets. But you said that the tickets doesn’t work when you scan it rigth?
